Returns

  • You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customised or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
